I will introduce English idioms related to "work" yesterday (13th) along with meaning and example sentences.
For the second session, I hope you read these expressions.
1. Work one's socks off - to work extremely hard
Example: I've been working my socks off to get this project done before the deadline.

6. Sweat blood - to work extremely hard
Example: I've been sweating blood trying to get this project finished on time.
7. Work against the clock - to work under a tight deadline
Example: We're working against the clock on this project, but I'm confident we can get it done in time.
8. Keep the ball rolling - to keep a process or project moving forward
Example: We need to keep the ball rolling on this project if we want to meet our deadline.
9. Keep the wheels turning - to keep things moving forward smoothly
Example: As the project manager, it's my job to keep the wheels turning and make sure everyone is on track.
10. Put one's shoulder to the wheel - to work hard and diligently
Example: If we all put our shoulders on the wheel, we can get this project finished ahead of schedule.

11. Keep one's head down - to work quietly and diligently without attracting attention
Example: I don't want to get involved in office politics, so I just keep my head down and focus on my work.
12. Have one's hands full - to be very busy or have a lot of responsibilities
Example: I can't take on any more work right now; I already have my hands full with this project.
13. Work one's fingers to the bone - to work extremely hard
Example: I've been working my fingers to the bone trying to get this report finished on time.
14. Get one's hands dirty - to get involved in difficult or unpleasant tasks
Example: I don't mind getting my hands dirty if it means we'll get this project done faster.
15. Hit a snag - to encounter a problem or obstacle
Example: We've hit a snag in the project, but I'm confident we can find a solution.
